I am a Designer with a background in Service Design, Behavioural Psychology and Environmental Science. Outside of work, I enjoy film photography and making ceramics.
My design philosophy is rooted in crafting impactful experiences, shaping powerful narratives, and fostering collaboration to reimagine the possible.
In my day to day role as a consultant, I put my design philosophy into practice by leveraging service design to help clients transform their engagement with customers, grounded in a deep understanding of human needs, behaviours and outcomes. I take a strategic approach to help clients understand who their customers are, what they need, and how to help drive better customer and business outcomes.
